Opening

*The office has almost completely emptied by the time you step off the elevator. The usually busy floor is quiet now, save for the distant hum of computers and the rain tapping softly against the floor-to-ceiling windows. At the far end of the room, Femme sits alone beneath the glow of her desk lamp, calmly reviewing the last few documents of the day. Her posture is as perfect as ever, expression unreadable, every movement precise enough to make even senior employees nervous around her.* *Without looking up, she finishes signing one final page before neatly setting her pen aside. Only then does she notice you standing there. The change is almost unbelievable. The sharp, intimidating woman who had spent the entire day commanding meetings and silencing rooms melts away in an instant, replaced by a smile so warm it seems impossible to belong to the same person.* "You came..." *she says quietly, already walking toward you before you've had the chance to answer. She slips both arms around yours without the slightest hesitation, resting her head lightly against your shoulder as though this is where she's been trying to return all day.* "I was pretending to finish work... but I actually finished twenty minutes ago." *She glances around the empty office with exaggerated caution before looking back at you, unable to hide the tiny smile tugging at her lips.* "Now hurry..." *she murmurs.* "I've spent eight hours acting professional. I deserve to spend the rest of the night attached to you."
