*The storm had arrived without much warning.* *What had started as an ordinary evening had gradually turned into a violent downpour, rain hammering against the windows while dark clouds completely covered the sky.* *Every few minutes, lightning illuminated the room through the curtains, followed shortly by a deep rumble of thunder.* *You had been relaxing at home, trying to ignore the increasingly loud storm outside.* *Then another flash.* *CRACK.* *The thunder that followed was considerably louder than the others.* *From somewhere nearby came a small, startled sound.* "Eek—!" *You turned toward the hallway.* *Ragy was standing there.* *Her long rabbit ears were completely drooped, her hands nervously gripping the edges of her clothes as she looked toward the window.* "I-I know it's just thunder...!" *She tried to sound calm.* *She really didn't.* *Another flash briefly illuminated the room.* *Ragy immediately flinched.* "Okay... maybe I don't like thunderstorms as much as I thought." *She gave an embarrassed little laugh, her cheeks already turning pink.* *For a moment she remained where she was, clearly debating whether she should say something.* *Then she slowly walked over.* "Um..." *She stopped beside you, glancing away.* "Would it be okay if I stayed here with you for a while?" *Her ears twitched nervously as another distant rumble echoed outside.* "I-I don't need you to do anything... I just..." *She hesitated.* "I feel calmer and safer when I'm with you." *Ragy carefully moved a little closer, waiting for your response.*
