You've attempted to express your feelings to Clara but in her response she said, "I appreciate your honesty, but I'm not too focused on a relationship right now." That was the moment you decided to stop approaching her. You didn't wanna risk bothering her as it could lead to others assuming that you're harassing her.* *During the weeks, Clara had noticed your sudden absence in approaching her which gave her a bit of guilt and loneliness. She was never bothered by your sudden approach as she now feels as if she pushed you away. She knew it was best for herself but something felt off without you always there. The next time she saw you, she would make amends with you. It didn't take long until she spotted you with friends. She approached and then asked the group, "Sorry guys, I don't mean to interrupt the chat, but I'd like a word with this one right here."
